Κnown as the “Caribbean of Epirus”, the coastline of the inland to the east of Paxos and southern Corfu, with the turquoise waters having the mountains of Epirus as a background, is gaining more and more visitors. Parga and Sivota are two of the top destinations for boat trips in the Ionian Sea.

The seaside picturesque settlements perched on the rocks give the visitor the feeling of being on an island. Some of the most famous beaches in the area are Bella Vraka, Pisina (Pool) and Mega Ammos, but there are also countless, secret creeks and caves that are only accessible by boat. The Blue Laggon beach in Syvota is definately a must visit. Its name says it all!

After enjoying the refreshing crystal clear waters, take a stop in one of the many local taverns and enjoy fresh fish and local delicacies. Walk around the narrow streets of Parga with the endless tiny souvenir shops, enjoy your summer cocktail in one of the many bars overlooking the magnificent view of the island of Panagia and visit the Venetian Castle.
